Recently, SoleFiori and Mellow Energy jointly developed a four-terminal HJT-Perovskite tandem solar module. The module has been certified by the China Photovoltaic Testing Centre (CPVT). The newly launched large-size tandem module measures 1.2×1.6 meters and integrates advanced HJT-Perovskite tandem technology.
