On April 29, 2025, SoleFiori received a utility model patent for a “texturing auxiliary device for solar cells.” The innovation marks a critical upgrade in solar cell manufacturing, improving both product performance and production efficiency. The patented device targets the texturing phase of solar cell production. It features a corrosion liquid texturing tank, side-mounted sliding tracks, a liftable bracket, a movable support plate, a transverse carrier, and a comb plate with aligned comb teeth. The optimized structure enables the etching liquid to penetrate evenly across the wafer gaps, especially the center. This solves the uneven texturing caused by liquid surface tension in traditional methods, enhancing process stability and uniformity.
