SoleFiori Technology Company (SoleFiori) recently celebrated a breakthrough in intellectual property achievements. Three core xBC technology patents independently developed by the company—Method for Manufacturing xBC Photovoltaic Cells, Method for Laminated Assembly of Photovoltaic Modules, and Method for Fabricating Prefabricated Circuits on Back Glass.

On June 24, SoleFiori received official approval from the China National Intellectual Property Administration for its invention patent titled “Perovskite and Silicon Tandem Cell Module and Photovoltaic System” (Patent No. N119855368B). The patent marks a major milestone in the company’s advancement of perovskite technology and reinforces its leadership in next-generation solar innovation.

On May 23, SoleFiori announced the development of its perovskite-silicon tandem cell, module, and PV system. This technology has been granted an invention patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration. It represents a breakthrough in structural design, electrical connectivity, and module compatibility. The achievement underscores another technological peak for SoleFiori in high-efficiency solar cell innovation.

On April 29, 2025, SoleFiori received a utility model patent for a “texturing auxiliary device for solar cells.” The innovation marks a critical upgrade in solar cell manufacturing, improving both product performance and production efficiency. 

On March 25, 2025, SoleFiori Technology Company (SoleFiori), Zhuhai Jingkai Holdings Co., Ltd. (JK Holdings), and Guangdong Huifeng Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. (HFiES) convened to mark the successful commissioning of SoleFiori’s 17.6MW distributed solar power project.

Oknha Lin Zongying, Cambodia’s deputy commerce minister, led a delegation to SoleFiori Technology Company (SoleFiori). The delegation toured SoleFiori’s heterojunction (HJT) solar cell production line and explored its clean energy technologies and applications.
