TÜV Rheinland and SoleFiori Strengthen HJT Technology Testing Collaboration
Recently, a delegation from TÜV Rheinland had an in-depth meeting with SoleFiori Technology Company (SoleFiori), focusing on the technological advancements, testing optimization, and standardization of high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) solar cells. The TÜV Rheinland team conducted an on-site visit of SoleFiori’s smart manufacturing facility, gaining detailed insights into its production processes. Both teams engaged in technical discussions on the adaptability and optimization of HJT module testing in the high-power era.
The TÜV Rheinland delegation included Li Weichun, Vice President of Global Power Electronics Services and Vice President of Solar and Commercial Product Services for Greater China; Senior Manager Ni Xin; and Technical Service Development Engineer Lü Qiwen. During the visit, they closely examined SoleFiori’s HJT cell manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and intelligent production capabilities. They praised SoleFiori’s expertise in HJT mass production and quality control.
During the technical seminar, both teams discussed HJT module adaptability under current testing frameworks, optimization strategies, and standardization requirements. The SoleFiori team provided updates on the latest HJT technology developments and mass production challenges. In response, the TÜV Rheinland team shared insights into global testing standards and offered recommendations for optimizing HJT module testing.
TÜV Rheinland remains committed to advancing photovoltaic (PV) technology and improving industry standards. As the PV industry enters the high-power era, testing systems must continuously evolve to ensure long-term product reliability and market competitiveness, Li said. Moving forward, TÜV Rheinland will maintain close cooperation with industry partners to support the high-quality development of the renewable energy sector.
The visit further strengthened the technical partnership between TÜV Rheinland and SoleFiori. In the future, both parties will deepen collaboration in areas such as HJT testing standardization, certification of new energy products, and smart manufacturing upgrades, jointly driving technological innovation and standardization in the high-power PV industry.
