SoleFiori Secures Another xBC Patent, Strengthens HJT-BC Tandem Technology Portfolio
SoleFiori has achieved another breakthrough in high-efficiency PV technology. The company secured a patented invention grant from the China National Intellectual Property Administration for its self-developed xBC PV cell module. This authorization marks SoleFiori's fourth core xBC patent. It represents a crucial milestone in xBC technology development. The achievement solidifies the company's comprehensive technology portfolio spanning core processes to end products.
SoleFiori has obtained a new patent for "an xBC PV cell module." The design innovatively employs rear glass with preformed circuits to achieve ribbonless interconnection between cells. This approach fundamentally resolves industry challenges, including cell warping and fragmentation caused by conventional solder ribbon welding. This module patent complements three previously acquired core process patents. These cover xBC cell preparation methods, PV cell lamination assembly techniques, and rear glass preformed circuit manufacturing. Together they establish a complete technological closed loop spanning cell fabrication, circuit preforming, laminated assembly, and final products.
These strategically aligned patents provide SoleFiori with comprehensive support across processes and products for advancing HJT-BC tandem (HBC) technology. The company has established a systematic intellectual property framework spanning HJT and BC technology integration. This foundation enables next-phase tech breakthroughs and industrial advancement.
SoleFiori will continue advancing its HJT+BC technology roadmap through intensified R&D innovation. The company aims to accelerate industrial application of high-efficiency PV technologies. These efforts will deliver more competitive Chinese solutions for achieving global carbon neutrality goals.
