Recently, SoleFiori Technology Company (hereinafter referred to as "SoleFiori") and GCL Technology Holdings Limited(hereinafter referred to as "GCL") officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Both parties will engage in comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in areas including perovskite tandem modules, brand collaboration, and innovative technology cooperation.

Pursuant to the agreement, GCL and SoleFiori will collaborate on the customized production and technological R&D of HJT tandem cell modules. The parties have set a target of achieving over 27% conversion efficiency for their tandem cell modules, which is expected to further drive the development and wider application of tandem technology in the photovoltaic field.Moreover, the two companies will engage in in-depth cooperation in areas such as brand licensing, laying the foundation for the mass production and market promotion of perovskite tandem cell modules, thereby propelling the further advancement of new energy technologies.

SoleFiori is dedicated to the production and manufacturing of advanced, high-efficiency heterojunction (HJT) solar cells and modules, with plans to commence full-scale operations by the end of 2023. GCL, on the other hand, is the leading enterprise driving the industrialization of the global perovskite photovoltaic industry. The company has already established the industry's first 100MW perovskite pilot production line, and has successfully launched the industry's inaugural commercialized perovskite module as well as the first perovskite-silicon tandem module.

The complementary expertise and capabilities of SoleFiori and GCL in these cutting-edge solar technologies are poised to create a powerful synergy.
